Costoli is a wine obtained from six different varieties of grapes:
Corvina Gentile, Rondinella, Croattina, Cabernet Franc,
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated in the vineyard named "Costoli".
- Costoli is a red-purple wine, 12.50 % Alcohol Vol.
- It's produced with the ancient technique of "metodo di governo", which makes it a fully-flavoured wine, rich in antioxidants and set to ageing.
- Drinking temperature: 16 C°, decant before serving.
- The ideal accompanyment to red meat and vegetables
