Grappa (Acquavite di Vinaccia)

Matured over the years

Our grappa is produced with the Costoli  grape pomaces.

Twice distilled, with a discontinuous Alambicco, at the Carlo Gobetti distillery in Marciaga, Verona.
 

  • Strictly  50 % Alcohol vol.
  • 464 bottles produced in 2000.
  • With a gentle and persistent  buoquet.
  • Sip it at the end of your meal, after an Italian espresso.
