PHILOSOPHY

La Bacosfera's philosophy is philosophy of life.

We handly take care of fields and plants.

We prune vineyards and olive trees during waning moon's phases, when lymph flows more slowly and plants are in a relaxed moment.

To defend fruits from fungicide and parasitic attacks we use a nettle and quartz infusion and also the traditional bordolese mush with copper and sulphur percentages reduced to minimum, acting only when rain is too copious.

Fruits picking is manual, during less warm periods, to get the best energetic virtues.

We define ourselves a "Natural Azienda Agricola" because our product are obtained with the maximum respect for nature.
